Taiho Shichauzo is the Japanese title (and meaning) of the series You're Under Arrest. ^^
The Fourth (Maiku) cant leave the village. Also, he and Syrius Brymac are inseperable.
Raikiri and Maiku^ would also stay with konoha.
Hitoriki and Maiku/ would go to the station.
